Good morning steemit! I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to rock this new week. We sure are! As you may or may not know in 2 days we get the keys to our new place to make the bakery/coffee shop/health cafe. I just can't wait to start.

Though the coffee shop and health cafe will take a while to organize and decorate, my friend and baker is very eager to start next week. We actually bought the material and clients of a bakery here in Kampot. So first we will concentrate on providing these existing clients (which are hotels/guesthouses/coffee shops/restaurants/etc.) with their orders again!

Though my friend will be baking while we are vast asleep at night, in the morning my hubby and I will take care of the deliveries and the interior design and shopping for the coffee shop and health cafe.

Today we are going to finalize the packing of the materials for the bakery so everything is ready to move. But before we can start our day, it's smoothie time!

PINEAPPLE AND MANGO GREEN SMOOTHIE INFUSED WITH MORINGA LOVE πŸŒΏπŸ’–πŸ

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2 FOR BREAKFAST)


  • 2-3 cup bok choy
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 2-3 tbsp old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 mango
  • 1 tbsp moringa powder
  • Water as needed

DIRECTIONS


  1. Place bok choy and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend again. If you have a high -speed blender you can throw everything in at once. If the smoothie is too thick for you at more water.
  2. Optional: top with superfoods like chia seeds, hemp hearts, or goji berries if you like. I used coconut flakes and goji berries this time.
