Clean the oyster and then cut the tofu into small pieces.

材料:
豆腐
海蛎子
香菜

花生油

清酱

做法:
先将买回来的海蛎子洗净 然后把豆腐切成小块
炒锅放油,放入豆腐,清酱,然后放入适量水,炖大约3分钟。
放入海蛎子,烧开,海蛎子熟了之后,放入香菜和葱花。
放入盐调味。
这款海蛎子豆腐汤,非常简单,对于新手来说也是即学即会,冬天,外面寒冷刺骨, 屋内喝上这么一碗热气腾腾的海蛎子豆腐汤,是不是非常的惬意和幸福呢?

小提示:
这款汤吃的就是鲜,只要去腥就好, 不要放过多的调料。
