Healthy, Vegetarian and Nutritious Dish: Mixed With Skin Of Soy-Bean Milk 凉拌麻辣豆皮

Happy holidays! Today, I would like to share with you guys a very healthy and nutritious food, mixed with skin of soy-bean milk, hope you enjoy it.

Any bean products are my favorite food, but skin of soy-bean milk is my best. As we all know bean products are pretty nutritious. Well, you know what they say: they are such a meat growing out of the ground.I had ate some meat dishes from some vegetarian restaurants, most of them were made from bean products, they were so real that I didn't find out.

but today what I said is the skin of soy-bean milk not the thin sheets of bean curd, although they are all bean products. It is a layer of oil skin floating on the boiling soybean milk and then is removed to dry. As it contains less water and its nutrients is concentrated, which make it easier to store. And good quality products have folded and springy, low quality haven't springy and are easy to be crumbed. That is because it contains additive. So you must observe it carefully.

It is really simple to make.

What you will need:

skins of soy-bean milk
garlic
light soy sauce
salt
dry red pepper
pepper
coriander

Instructions:

1.Soak skins of soy-bean milk for ten minutes until they are done.
2.Slice it .
3.Place the skins of soy-bean milk into the boiling water for several seconds, and then remove it to a large bowl. set aside.
4.Cut dry red pepper and place it in a small bowl. And then add in pepper.
5.Heat a pot, add in some vegetable oil for a few seconds. Turn off the heat.
6.Pour the oil into the small bowl. the hot oil is done.
7.In a large bowl, add in salt, light soy sauce, hot oil, coriander, mix well. it is done.

That was, I must say, very delicious! Served with porridge at breakfast or as a dish that goes with liquor.

凡是豆制品的食物我都喜欢吃,但豆皮是最喜欢的一个。豆制品非常有营养,不是有句话这么说的嘛,地里长出来的肉。我在素食餐厅里吃过很多肉菜,其实它们大部分都是豆制品做的。做的真的就像吃肉一样。

但今天我说的豆皮可不是那种干豆腐,南北方称呼不一样,我发现有的地区的人在我们这称为干豆腐的食物也叫豆皮。这和我说的有点区别,虽然都是豆制品。

今天说的干豆皮就是大豆磨浆煮沸后挑起面上的一层油皮晾干后的产物。它的水份含量少,营养素得到浓缩,容易保存。而且好的豆皮,上面凹凸不平,有褶皱,用手一摸上面有一层油似的,很有弹性。不好的豆皮,没有弹性,泡发完后,就容易碎,一提就烂。那是因为里面含有添加剂。所以大家在挑选的时候一定要多观察哦。

今天这个凉拌菜真的很简单,早上配粥吃,或者作为下酒菜都很不错呢。

原料:
豆皮
大蒜
生抽

干辣椒
麻椒
香菜

做法:
豆皮焯水,迅速捞出,沥干水分。
香菜洗净,切段。
干辣椒用厨房纸巾擦净,切段。备用。
锅内热油,直接倒在干辣椒和麻椒的碗中。然后浇在豆腐片上,撒上香菜,生抽和盐,拌匀就可以吃啦!

带有一点麻辣,弹性十足,还有一点软糯,我必须得说,真的很好吃!
