How about eating a dish of noodles in such a cold day? In normal days I like porridge for breakfast, but today I’d like to share with you a plain dish, noodles serves with sauce.
This dish not only rehydrates your body but also warms your stomach on a cold winter morning. You will be full of spirit and energy in a whole day.
This recipe is also pretty simple. First, you need to cook the noodles with boiling bone soup, (if you like, you can choose chicken soup or seafood soup)and then add other your favorite vegetables and sauce, I‘m sure you can do it in ten minutes.
Now let's start.
Ingredients:
- noodles 2 cup
- vegetable oil 1tbsp
- green pepper 1
- garlic minced 1 tsp
- Chili patse 2 tbsp
- breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
- salt 2 g
- Pepper 1 g
- Peanut shredding
- bone soup 3 cup
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 150C.
1.Wash green pepper and dice it.
2.place the peanut in the oven and bake it for about 5 min. peel it and crush it.
3.Heat a pot and add in vegetable oil, and then add in minced garlic and breadcrumbs, fry them over medium until the breadcrumbs turn golden, and add salt and pepper to taste. turn off the heat, place them in a large mixing bowl. set aside.
4.Place the noodles in a boiling bone soup and cook it for about 3 min and then remove them to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
5.Lastly add green pepper and chili paste, peanut on the top of it.

原料:
植物油
辣椒酱
青椒
大蒜
面包糠
盐
胡椒粉
花生碎
做法:
1、烤箱预热,花生放入烤箱150度烤5分钟。去皮,切碎。
2、.青椒洗净去筋,切丁。
3、、锅中加入植物油,然后放入蒜末和面包糠,中火翻炒待面包糠呈橙黄色,加入盐和胡椒粉调味。放入大碗中待用。
4、把面条放入高汤中,煮熟捞出沥干水分。放入上面的蒜蓉面包糠碗中拌匀。
5、最后上面放上辣椒,花生和自制的辣椒酱,就完成了。
