Good evening steemit friends,

It is almost easter and i am so exiting, and i feel relaxing finally i could spend some time with my kids and my family .
I made for my kids easter cup cakes they were so happy with it and i was proud for what i made. The vanilla cupcakes are moist and tasty, and the chocolate whipped cream so moussy and yummy. I promis you you'll love the taste of these cupcakes and enjoy every moment with.

Easter Nests Cupcakes

Prep time: 30 mins
Baking time: 30 mins
Serve: 12 Cupcakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs
125 g butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of Salt
1 3/4 Cup all purpos flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup of milk

For whipped cream:

1 cup cream fresh
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

For decoration:
Sugared almond
Icing roses.

The way:

  • Prepare the cupcakes mold by placing a muffin liner. Preheat oven at 180°c.
  • In a large bowl mix the butter with a sugar until you have a creamy mixture, add eggs one at a time with vanilla ectract mix until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Sift the flour with baking powder, add the dry ingredients into two phases with the milk, whisk to have a sooth cake mixture.
  • With ice cream spoon fill two thirds each muffin liner.
  • Bake at 180° C for 25 -30 mins.
  • Let it cool in a wire rack.
  • For whipped cream: Sift powdered sugar and cacao powder.
  • Place the cream fresh in a bowl whisk at medium speed, add the siften sugar & cacao powder gradually until you have a chocolate whipped cream.
  • Place in a decoration bag and decorate your cupcakes.
  • If you don't have a decoration tip for a nests easely try this way ( take a toothpick and make a 6 small holes at the corner of a normal cooking bag) fill with whipped cream and squeeze a little bit, the cream will take a thin lines as a nest.

  • At the middle of the cupcakes place sugared almond as an eggs in a nests.
    Enjoy!
