In this recipe I'm showing you how quick and easy you can make healthy vegan mayonnaise at home. You only need 5 ingredients 💚

Prep time: 5 min
Portions: 1 glass

Ingredients

  • 100 g soaked cashews
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • handful of fresh cilantro
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients on highest speed into a thick cream.
  • Fill it in an airtight glass and store in the fridge.
