You love sweets and you’d like to snack on something healthy? Then these raw vegan energy balls are the perfect treat for you! They are made of only few healthy ingredients and are super quick and easy to make 💚

Prep time: 20 min
Portions: 30

Ingredients

  • 300 g dates
  • 300 g nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • decoration: cocoa poweder, goji berries, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, sesame

Instructions

  • In a food processor blend the dates and nuts into a dough. If you don't have a food processor, you can first blend the nuts into a flour using your blender and then seperetely mix the dates into a dough. Afterwards just mix everything together with your hands.
  • Add some water if too sticky.
  • Form little balls and decorate them with cocoa poweder, goji berries, nuts or seeds.
