You're looking for a gluten free bread recipe? This vegan walnut bread is wheat and gluten free and super easy to make. I love to eat it with avocado and kala namak or healthy vegan spreads 💚

Prep time: 70 min
Portions: 1 loaf

Ingredients

  • 200-300 g gluten free oats
  • 100-200 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g walnuts (or other nuts)
  • 4 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp date syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 350 ml warm water

Instructions

  • Crush walnuts into small pieces and mix them with the oats and sunflower seeds.
  • Process flaxseeds and water into a "flax-egg".
  • Mix all dry and liquid ingredients into a dough.
  • Lay out a loaf pan with baking parchment, put the dough and bake for around 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Take the bread out of the loaf pan and bake it 35 minutes more.
  • Let it cool down for around 30 minutes before you cut it.
