In this recipe I'm showing you how quick and easy you can make healthy vegan mayonnaise at home. You only need 5 ingredients 💚
Prep time: 5 min
Portions: 1 glass
Ingredients
- 100 g soaked cashews
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- handful of fresh cilantro
- juice of 1 lemon
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients on highest speed into a thick cream.
- Fill it in an airtight glass and store in the fridge.
