Have a great day everyone! Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe for chocolate cake. I noticed this recipe in one culinary show. I really liked this recipe, it is not quite complicated and I decided to cook it.
Chocolate cake with this recipe is very delicate, the cakes are very soft and airy, and the chocolate cream is perfectly impregnated and standing in the fridge gets a thick structure.
Ingredients:
Dough:
Flour - 200 g
Sugar - 200 g
Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Soda -0.5 teaspoons
Vanillin - 5 g
Sour cream 150 ml
Butter - 150 g
Cocoa - 1/3 cup
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Chocolate cream:
Dark chocolate - 170 g
Butter - 75 g
Sour cream - 125 ml
Sugar powder - 300 g
Preparation:
Mix in a deep bowl of flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, vanillin and cocoa. Then add sour cream and eggs. Mix everything thoroughly. Heat the butter in a microwave or get it in advance so that it becomes soft and add it to the dough. As a result, you should get a thick enough dough that resembles the shape of thick sour cream. Divide the dough into two pieces and lay the first part of the dough in a greased shape and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. You should get two cakes. While the cakes are baked, prepare a chocolate cream. To do this, melt the chocolate with butter over low heat and add sour cream to it. Stir everything until smooth and slowly add sugar powder. Chocolate cream is ready. Cool the cakes with a cream and allow the cake to brew. Ideally, if you keep the cake in the refrigerator all night, it will soak well and be very juicy.
