DIY Wildflower Hanging Baskets - Garden - BeeFriendly

This year I wanted to take steps to make my small Garden more Bee and Insect Friendly.

My Garden is surrounded by railings so I thought of hanging baskets over the side of them. I volunteer my time with the local Gardening Group and we planted up the community garden, after a lady there said she had some hanging baskets..I took a look and they are perfect. Half size which I can attach to the railings easily.

Love a bit of up-cycling.

So I went to the shops today and bought some wildflower seeds, some coco liner and started planting them up.

They were only cheap seeds, so we shall see what happens. I have never done a hanging basket let alone from seed. It may look a bit thin if so I will buy some wildflower plugs and stick them in to thicken it out!
