QUESTION ANSWERED

Someone raised a question at my last post, although I answered her privately I want to include it here since others may have the same question. She asked about myoma (Fibriod) that is still growing.

Question 1;

What happens during delivery of you have a myoma that is growing along side the fetus?

Answer; nothing happens to your fetus as long as the myoma is growing outside the uterus. There are different locations of fibriod in the stomach so it depends on the position of the fibriod, if it is outside the uterus (womb) do not panic nothing will happen to the fetus. There is possibility of the fibriod to degenerate before your due date. If you experience any pains that is caused as the result of degeneration please visit your doctor so as to be given bed rest and properly monitored.

Question 2;

Is it possible to remove the fibriod while giving birth through ceasaran section?

Answer; No, because it causes a lot of bleeding during this process and there is a possibility of losing the mother. So it's better you go through any means that is possible then wait after 6 month to one year.

Question 3;

Is it possible to carry pregnancy for 12 or more months/years?

Answer; No after complete 40 to 42 weeks of pregnancy, the placenta will stop growing possibly it will rupture and definitely it will stop supplying food to the fetus, when this happens the fetus will die in the uterus and this will result in cesarean section to remove the maserated baby. So there is no condition a fetus will stay alive more than the normal weeks it supposed to stay.

Thank you so much for this interesting questions I really appreciate and Im looking forward to more questions this week. Thank you all
