New stage of community projects

It's been a couple of weeks here on the Steem blockchain with quite a bit of movement. Many projects are being consolidated to continue supporting the growth of users and rewarding quality publications that undoubtedly enhance the platform. From the Knitrias Project we have comunicated the intention to participate in these times of change, so an application was presented to participate as a Community Curator from the call that the Steemit Team launched from the @SteemitBlog account. There have been announced in the 100 days of Steem diverse support programs for projects, apps, games on the blockchain and more. A couple of weeks ago the Knitrias Project presented a Roadmap with the definitions and objectives for discussion and better definition with other Steem members. There you can see the impulses that gave rise to the project, as well as the inspiration that gave it its name. So now the Participation Basis will be presented for the candidates to be Members of the project.

Announcement

To all Steem users who have between 0 and 150 Steem Power, who have made at least their presentation post on the platform, who are interested in creative work, in the quality of their publications, in collaboration with a work team and in the constant growth of their accounts, to submit an application to become Member of the Knitrias Project under the following Participation Basis:

I Candidacy application

Candidates should write an application in the comments section of this post, in which they briefly state:

Who I am.
Where I am from and what is my language.
How I knew the platform and for how long.
What are my areas of interest.
What I want to share on my blog.
Could I make some bilingual posts, even if I am English speaking?
How well I know how the platform works: (Much, Regular, Little, Nothing)

Applications must be published without subsequent editing, so it is recommended to review the application very well before publishing.

Candidates can apply in the style of their preference as long as the previous points are answered. Candidates are invited to constantly visit this publication to comment on the applications of other candidates who are joining, as well as to invite potential interested users to this Announcement. There may be votes on the applications of the candidates but these do not determine the final selection of the members.

The Announcement will be open from its publication and until Sunday April 26, 2020 at 17:00 UTC or until the number of 25 candidates is reached.

II Selection criteria

Candidates can be from any region of the world and write in any language.
Candidates must publish original content, not plagiarism. They should try to include in their publications the reference sources in the case of the use of images, audio, video or text from other authors.
Candidates must have an adequate communication history based on respect in their comments with other users.
Candidates must not be in power down process and have done a power up regardless of the amount recently.

III Participation agreements

10 candidates will be selected to be Members of the Knitrias Project, each one will receive a delegation of 200 Steem Power from the @LeVeuf account, for a maximum of four months or until reaching 500 Steem Power, after which the delegation will be transferred to a New Member to join the group.
The Members will be entitled to a 100% daily vote from the @Knitrias account, for which will be sought to increase its voting power according to the progress of the Project. Votes may be cast in Posts or Comments.
- Posts: Members will be encouraged to make at least two weekly publications to be upvoted by the @Knitrias account.
- Comments: In case of not publishing for a day, each member may make a comment that contributes some significant value in the post of a colleague (regardless of the date of this publication), this comment may be proposed by the commenter to be upvoted on that day instead of a post.
The themes of the publications by each Member will be free but there will be some constant creative challenges and others proposed weekly for those who decide to participate.
Members commit to a voting strategy consisting of 100% upvoting for at least five publications or comments proposed by their colleagues on a daily basis. The other votes may be freely disposed among other users of the platform.
Members commit to a Steem Power increase strategy consisting of the stake (Power up) of at least ~60% of the liquid rewards for their posts .
The @Knitrias account will publish weekly reports with the statistical progress of its members, as well as a showcase of their posts. These Reports will also promote artistic and literary challenges and other content creation related to the Steem platform and the blockchain technology in general. In the comment section of the Reports, each member will share links to their recent posts and comments, as well as all relevant communications within the group.
Members will be invited to use the hashtag #knitrias-project in some of their posts as well as vote on the Reports by the @Knitrias account.
The Knitrias Project is neutral regarding to the particular or general points of view of the publications, opinions or comments of the members, nor does it assume any right or responsibility for the works of its members.

IV Knitrias Project: Mission and Vision

This Project seeks to be part of the impulse to positively transform the possibilities for development and relationships between users and the content created on the Steem platform. The focus of the project will be on promoting creativity, encouragement to work and mutual, productive and pro-active cooperation among its members, in addition to fostering essential knowledge of the operation of the Steem blockchain on which various apps and communities work.

The Knitrias Project will always encourage good communication among its members and with all Steem users and from other platforms, proposing to work from basic rules for the organization of the group without becoming responsible for judging or penalizing the activities of its members or their work. Self-evaluation and self-regulation within the group will be constantly attended to find the best strategies during the development of the Project.

The Project considers a first phase of 6 months of work with two intermediate evaluations over its viability:

2 months: Evaluation of progress and implementation of strategies.
4 months: Evaluation of progress. Continuity or suspension agreement.
6 months: Evaluation of the First Phase. Continuity agreements in a new autonomous and independent scheme from the @Leveuf account.

If the Project ends after 4 or 6 months, the @Knitrias account will Power Down its total earnings, distributing 75% weekly among the Members who have belonged to the Project for the complete period and the other 25% for users and projects of Steem who have supported the Knitrias Project or others who will be decided among the members and whose work is worth supporting.

V About the permanence of the members in the Project

The permanence of the members in the Knitrias Project is absolutely voluntary.
The Project will work on the basis of stimulus and not on sanctions.
It is highly recommended to publish a minimum of twice a week and not to spend more than three weeks making only one publication. The member will be invited to post more frequently.
Two weeks without publishing without prior notice or information from the user means the suspension of the support.
An inadequate distribution of the votes will receive constant calls for attention and may lead to the suspension of support.
Individual cases where any proven activity that warrants the suspension of support will be attended accordingly.
The appeal processes for suspensions, if any, will be determined among the members.

Some steps in the Knitrias Project

Although the main reason for this post is the launch of the Announcemet to receive the candidacies to participate as members of the Project, it is worth making some statistical reports. So far the @Knitrias account has 52.89 Steem Power plus a couple of delegations of which we must thank @Xpilar and @Roleerob who have contributed a combination of 750 Steem Power to support this Project. Likewise, the Roadmap has been made known to various users and support communities who may be interested in participate.

For now there are 1500 Steem Power delegated to @Knitrias from @Leveuf to vote in publications by candidates and other users interested in the Project. This delegation will have to return to the @Leveuf account to be able to carry out the delegation support of 200 Steem Power for the ten members of the group and start with the work.

Nueva etapa de proyectos comunitarios

Han pasado un par de semanas aquí en la blockchain de Steem con bastante movimiento. Muchos proyectos se están consolidando para seguir apoyando en el crecimiento de los usuarios y recompensar las publicaciones de calidad que sin duda dan realce a la plataforma. Desde el Proyecto Knitrias hemos dejado constancia de la intención de participar en estos tiempos de cambio, por lo que se presentó una aplicación para participar como Curador Comunitario desde la Convocatoria que lanzó el Equipo de Steemit desde la cuenta @SteemitBlog. Desde ahí se ha anunciado el programa 100 days of Steem con diversos apoyos a proyectos, aplicaciones, juegos en la blockchain y más. Hace un par de semanas el Proyecto Knitrias presentó un Plan de trabajo con las definiciones y objetivos para su discusión y mejor definición con otros miembros de Steem. Ahí podrán verse los impulsos que hicieron surgir el proyecto, así como la inspiración que le dio nombre. Por lo que ahora se presentarán las Bases de Participación para los candidatos a ser Miembros del proyecto.

Convocatoria

Se invita a todos los usuarios de Steem que posean entre 0 y 150 sp, que hayan realizado por lo menos su post de presentación en la plataforma, que tengan interés en el trabajo creativo, en la calidad de sus publicaciones, en la colaboración con un equipo de trabajo y en el crecimiento constante de su cuenta, a presentar su candidatura para convertirse en Miembros del Proyecto Knitrias bajo las siguientes BASES:

I Presentación de candidatura

Los candidatos deberán escribir una aplicación en la sección de comentarios de esta publicación, en la que expongan brevemente:

Quién soy.
De dónde soy y cuál es mi idioma.
Cómo conocí la plataforma y desde hace cuánto tiempo.
Cuáles son mis áreas de interés.
Qué es lo que quiero compartir en mi blog.
¿Podría realizar algunas publicaciones bilingües, incluso si soy angloparlante?
Qué tanto conozco del funcionamiento de la plataforma: (Mucho, Regular, Poco, Nada)

Las aplicaciones deben publicarse sin hacer ediciones posteriores, por lo que se recomienda revisar muy bien la aplicación antes de publicar.

Los candidatos pueden realizar su aplicación en el estilo de su preferencia siempre que se responda a los puntos anteriores. Los candidatos están invitados a visitar constantemente esta publicación para comentar las aplicaciones de los demás candidatos que se vayan incorporando, así como a invitar a posibles interesados a esta Convocatoria. Pueden haber votaciones a las aplicaciones de los candidatos pero estas no determinan la selección final de los miembros.

La Convocatoria estará abierta desde su publicación y hasta el día domingo 26 de abril del 2020 a las 17:00 UTC o hasta alcanzar el número de 25 candidatos.

II Criterios de selección

Los candidatos pueden ser de cualquier región del mundo y escribir en cualquier idioma.
Los candidatos deben realizar publicaciones con contenido original, no plagio. Deben intentar colocar en sus publicaciones las fuentes de referencia en el caso de la utilización de imágenes, audio, video o texto de otros autores.
Los candidatos deben tener un historial adecuado de comunicación desde la base del respeto en sus comentarios con otros usuarios.
Los candidatos no deben estar en proceso de power down y han hecho un power up sin importar la cantidad recientemente.

III Acuerdos de participación

Se seleccionarán 10 candidatos para ser Miembros del Proyecto Knitrias, cada uno recibirá una delegación de 200 Steem Power de parte de la cuenta @LeVeuf, por un máximo de cuatro meses o bien hasta alcanzar 500 Steem Power, tras lo cual, la delegación pasará a un Nuevo Miembro para formar parte del grupo.
Los Miembros tendrán derecho un voto diario al 100% por parte de la cuenta @Knitrias, para la cual se buscará ir incrementando el poder de voto conforme al avance del Proyecto. Los votos podrán darse en Publicaciones o en Comentarios.
- Publicaciones: Los miembros serán impulsados a realizar por lo menos dos publicaciones semanales para ser votadas por la cuenta @Knitrias.
- Comentarios: En caso de no hacer publicación durante un día, cada miembro podrá hacer un comentario que aporte algún valor significativo en la publicación de algún compañero (sin importar la fecha de esta publicación), este comentario podrá ser propuesto por el comentador para ser votado durante ese día en lugar de una publicación.
Las temáticas de la publicaciones de cada Miembro serán libres pero habrán algunos retos creativos constantes y otros propuestos semanalmente para quien decida participar.
Los Miembros se comprometen a una estrategia de votación consistente en el voto al 100% de por los menos cinco publicaciones o comentarios propuestos por sus compañeros diariamente. Los demás votos podrán disponerlos libremente entre otros usuarios de la plataforma.
Los miembros se comprometen a una estrategia de incremento del Steem Power consistente en el stake (Power up) de por lo menos ~ 60% de las recompensas líqudas por sus publicaciones.
La cuenta @Knitrias publicará Reportes semanales con los avances estadísticos de sus Miembros, así como una muestra de sus publicaciones. En estos Reportes se promoverán también retos artísticos y literarios y otros de creación de contenidos relativos a la plataforma Steem y la tecnología de las blockchains en general. En la sección de comentarios de los Reportes, cada miembro irá compartiendo vínculos a sus publicaciones y comentarios recientes, así como todas las comunicaciones pertinentes dentro del grupo.
Los Miembros serán invitados a utilizar la etiqueta #knitrias-project en algunas de sus publicaciones así como a votar los Reportes de la cuenta @Knitrias.
El Proyecto Knitrias es neutral ante los puntos de vista particulares o generales de las publicaciones, opiniones o comentarios de los autores, ni asume ningún derecho ni responsabilidad sobre las obras de sus miembros.

IV Proyecto Knitrias: Misión y Visión

Este proyecto busca formar parte del impulso de transformar de manera positiva las posibilidades de desarrollo y relaciones entre usuarios y el contenido creado en la plataforma de Steem. El enfoque del proyecto se centrará en el impulso a la creatividad, el aliento al trabajo y la cooperación mutua, productiva y pro-activa entre sus miembros, además de fomentar el conocimiento esencial de la operación de la blockchain sobre la que funcionan las diversas aplicaciones y comunidades de Steem.

El Proyecto Knitrias alentará siempre la buena comunicación entre sus miembros y con todos los usuarios de Steem y otras plataformas, proponiéndose trabajar a partir de reglas básicas para la organización del grupo sin convertirse en responsable de juzgar o penalizar las actividades de sus miembros o su trabajo. La auto-evaluación y la auto-regulación dentro del grupo se estarán atendiendo constantemente para encontrar las mejores estrategias durante el desarrollo del Proyecto.

El Proyecto se plantea una primera fase de 6 meses de trabajo con dos evaluaciones sobre su viabilidad:

2 meses: Evaluación de avances e implementación de estrategias.
4 meses: Evaluación de avances. Acuerdo de continuidad o suspensión.
6 meses: Evaluación de la Primera Fase. Acuerdos de continuidad en un nuevo esquema autónomo e independiente de la cuenta @Leveuf.

En caso de finalizar el Proyecto a los 6 meses, la cuenta @Knitrias hará Power Down total de sus ganancias repartiéndose semanalmente un 75% entre los Miembros que hayan pertenecido al Proyecto por lo menos 4 meses y el otro 25% para usuarios y proyectos de Steem que hayan apoyado al Proyecto Knitrias u otros que serán decididos entre los miembros y cuya labor valga la pena apoyar.

V Sobre la permanencia de los miembros en el Proyecto

La permanencia de los miembros en el Proyecto es absolutamente voluntaria.
El Proyecto funcionará a base del estímulo y no de las sanciones.
Es altamente recomendable publicar un mínimo de dos veces por semana y no dejar pasar más de tres semanas haciendo sólo una publicación. Se invitará al miembro a publicar con mayor frecuencia.
Dos semanas sin publicar sin aviso previo o noticia del usuario suponen la suspensión del apoyo.
Una inadecuada distribución de votos recibirá constantes llamados de atención pudiendo llegar a la suspensión del apoyo.
Se atenderán individualmente los casos que los que se acredite alguna actividad que amerite la suspensión del apoyo.
Se determinarán entre los miembros los procesos de apelación de las suspensiones si los hubiere.

Todos los asuntos no tratados en esta Convocatoria y/o cualquier duda podrán ser resueltos en la sección de comentarios de este Post. Esperamos contar con su participación.

Avances en el Proyecto Knitrias

Aunque el principal motivo de esta publicación es el lanzamiento de la Convocatoria para recibir las candidaturas para participar como miembros del Proyecto, vale la pena hacer algunos informes estadísticos. Hasta ahora la cuenta @Knitrias posee 52.89 sp más un par de delegaciones de las que hay que agradecer a @Xpilar y a @Roleerob quienes han aportado un combinado de 750 Steem Power como apoyo a este Proyecto. Así mismo el Plan de Trabajo se ha hecho del conocimiento de varios usuarios y comunidades de apoyo que podría interesarse en participar.

Por ahora hay 1500 Steem Power delegados a @Knitrias por parte de @Leveuf para votar en publicaciones de candidatos y otros usuarios interesados en el Proyecto. Esta delegación habrá de regresar a la cuenta @Leveuf para poder realizar el apoyo por delegación de 200 Steem Power a los diez miembros del grupo y comenzar el trabajo.
