Solid comeback after a couple losing weeks and feeling a lot sharper again. I broke a new season high of both total staked and amount of bets this week. 42 bets taken from a total of 10 matches with an average stake just above 300€. Being selective picking your spots only when there is a big edge used to be a lot easier in the past. These days the markets are so sharp especially pre-game that this has become quite difficult. Very few of my bets are taken with full stakes in a single bet nowadays.

Main position this week was the Club Brugge over both in the cup match and the league match. The cup match went way over and the league match was one of those rare cases where there was big value all match long on the over. Getting in slowly over time istead off all at once heavily reduced the loss after the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Spotting the pre-game market movements can also be a good way to make some profit. Often times when there is big money coming in, you see the odds move all over the board. When you are lucky to catch it while it happens, it's often possible to still get the 'old price' in case one of the asian bookmakers or betfair has not adjusted their odds yet. Over the long time you should always make profit this way as you are following sharp money at a good price.

4 more weeks to go until the end of the regular season and I will be looking out for some special angles based on late season situations.
