Accountability Standards: The Garden of Eden Daily Ledger, or How We Invest Our Freedom - 10/12/16

Accountability is one of the keys to running a successful community, so we record and share our production to hold our high standards.

We are the change we wish to see in this world! We don't have to work for the system, and instead get the opportunity to devote all of our time towards feeding, clothing, housing, and educating more people than ever before. We do not take days off; there is no need to step away from what we love to do! Our full time volunteers accomplish more in a week than some do in a year.

It has been one week since we made our last accounting post.

Here is what our crew has done in that time:

  • prepped for a massive garage sale
  • filled 8 orders between Peerhub and our website
  • harvested tomatoes, okra, greens, and herbs
  • Shellie & Quinn entered the Steemit OpenMic challenge
  • held a booth at the Arts Goggle festival that raised $200 towards our cause

  • rescued 1942 pounds of trash from the landfill
  • made 240 pounds of compost
  • made 5 gallons of homemade wine
  • created 7 new recipes
  • took 2313 photos

  • chopped 2 fallen trees to firewood
  • harvested 475 pounds of food
  • shared food with the firemen
  • gave food to single mothers
  • fed 330 free meals

  • rendered 5 gallons of dried herbs for smoking and tea blends
  • listed hundreds of items on Craigslist to liquidate our property
  • made 2 gallons of vinegar
  • planted carrots and radishes
  • harvested greens

The fun doesn't stop at the Garden of Eden! There is always something to do and something to be thankful for.  We continue investing a considerable amount of time and energy in Steemit and Peerhub because we are committed to expanding this economy, as it aligns with the revolution we have lived for years.
