I've been scrolling through LinkedIn more lately and have been noticing some very important lessons....
Many professionals use LinkedIn to build or improve there businesses. The system is very dull and almost like a black and white feeling. As a real estate professional I have always used the platform to connect with other investors in my market and markets I am working in.
Messaging others to give them a summary of your business and what you can bring to the table or the opportunities we could do as a team, ect.. This was giving a low success rate in engagement and landing deals with other savy business people.
Now that I have been on Steemit, trying to get my content more exposure that connects with others on the platform, I started to notice a very important tip from scrolling on LinkedIn.
The people that had lots of engagement on there posts, had some great posts! I was loving reading them as I was inspired by such great material and how so many were engaged on these posts without making any money on it, such as like on Steemit.
What was happening was, they were creating such great value in there post alone that so many wanted to chime in and comment, like, and support completely!!
These high valued posts were bringing in so much engagement that, the business and brand was sure to get other interested people to the table. Rewards for posts do not matter when you can drum up some business, that is you rewards and payout.
This is what brought my attention to high valued posts. When you bring value to your posts, value others can see, appreciate, and use... there is no stopping you in the long term. People will flock to you for the valuable information you provide!
This is what I am trying to become great at here... Big rewards or not, I am happy I am creating content that others can appreciate. As time goes on I will become much better expressing the thoughts, ideas, and interests I want to dicuss to the world!
Make sure when you write posts...articles or commenting... put in some extra thought and it will go a long way.
