Today I’ll continue to take you around Takayama Old Town and other parts of Takayama.
今天我會繼續在高山老街玩和看看高山其他景點
Takayama Old Town is full of own buildings where some still have the original look which makes this whole town so special.
高山老街有很多舊屋而很多還有原本的樣子讓整條街都很特別
Some have made some adjustments and added an extra storey to the building like this one.
有一些房子會再加一層讓房子更高
What I love about this old town is even though it is labeled old, it is in fact not very old in some aspect. Shop owners had catered for foreign tourists and many signs have some basic English for easy understanding.
雖然是叫老街但其實很多方面都不是很老。比如很多商店老闆會有簡單英文指示或解釋給外國來的遊客。
Also things to look for are some cute decorations around the town and outside stores like the below.
來到老街一定要看看街上周圍和商店前的裝飾
After our visit at Takayaka Old Town, we went to see Nakabashi Bridge. There were a lot of fish in the river but we couldn’t capture it on our phone.
看完高山老街，我們就到Nakabashi 橋。河裡有很多魚但我們的手機拍不到
Lastly we went to see the Takayama City Archives Museum also known as Takayama City Memorial Hall. We weren’t able to go inside as the kids were getting tired so we didn't want to disturb other visitors. If you have time and no kids, I highly recommend visiting this place as it was a top destination for this area behind Takayama Old Town and Nakabashi Bridge
之後就到高山市政廳看看。我們沒有進去因為小朋友開始累所以不想打擾其他遊客。如果你沒有小朋友，我建議你進去看看因為到高山要看老街，Nakabashi 橋和高山市政廳。
