because of bureaucracy & mismanagement.
We are not seeing results in line with .... investment.
(Guterres) calls to focus more on people; less on bureaucracy.
Hold every level of (UN) management accountable.

Changing business as usual.
Protect whistle-blowers.
Focus on more results rather than process.
Ensure that no member state shoulders a disproportionate share of the burden, militarily or financially.
Every peacekeeping mission to have clearly defined goals &metrics to evaluate success.
Not be beholden to ways of the past, which were not working.
