Iran: The intricate Kashan architecture, some of my favourite photos

After Esfahan I went to Kashan where I by coincidence met my buddy from Tehran, who happened to be at the same city and almost the same guesthouse. Having enjoyed the city we took a bus to Tehran, from where I went north a day later.

My journey took me to Tabriz in East Azerbaijan province. It's still an Iranian territory, but people here speak not only Farci, but Turkish and Azerbaijani languages as well.

It's very close from here to Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan. It's also quite cold, as the city is located at high altitude.
