welcome to the 30th edition of the German Beer of The Day series. It's still Winter in Bavaria, and today I review a Beer from the oldest private brewery in the world, the Sündenbock, brewed by Schlossbrauerei Herrngiersdorf KG brewery. Sündenbock is a german term and can be translated with "Scapegoat".

The beer is brewed by Schlossbrauerei Herrngiersdorf KG, which is located in Herrngiersdorf, a small village near Regensburg in Bavaria.
