1. Buy a place in the countryside, persuade the kids to come too

2. Buy heritage breed sheep, chicks

3. Sell raw: milk, cream, butter, cheese, eggs
   

4. Learn how to spin wool

5. Spend more time doing art (sculpture, carving)
   

6. Learn how to make stained glass

7. Learn how to do blacksmithing

8. Make £££ doing crafty stuff and writing on Steemit

9. Make more time for reading

10. Quit vaping
