Princess Bola teaches about how the principle of the Sabbath is the power for your breakthrough. The power of the Sabbath can accelerates you to your next level. Many of us are running on empty.
               We are giving from a place of emptiness.

On the seventh day God ended His work & rested. In the seventh day, he rested from all the work of creation.
  • The number seven is about rest not, perfection.
  • The Sabbath is a day of rest; not of worship.
  • On the seventh day, God rested.
               He rested. 
           He blessed the seventh day.
           He hallowed it.  
           He consecrated it. 
           He sanctified it.

2 So the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their hosts (inhabitants). 2 And by the seventh day God completed His work which He had done, and He rested (ceased) on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. 3 So God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it [as His own, that is, set it apart as holy from other days], because in it He rested from all His work which He had created and done.
Gen 2: 1-3 AMP

  • God values rest.
  • He commands the Sabbath, as a day of rest.
  • Sabbatical means rest.

25 The Lord spoke to Moses at Mount Sinai, saying, 2 “Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘When you come into the land which I am giving you, then the land shall keep a Sabbath to the Lord. 3 For six years you shall sow your field, and for six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather in its crop. 4 But in the seventh year there shall be a Sabbath of rest for the land, a Sabbath to the Lord; you shall not sow [seed in] your field nor prune your vineyard. 5 Whatever reseeds itself (uncultivated) in your harvest you shall not reap, nor shall you gather the grapes from your uncultivated vine, it shall be a year of sabbatical rest for the land.
Lev 25: 1-5

  • God begins to refresh, renew, rekindle & restore.

11 That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee for you; you shall not sow [seed], nor reap what reseeds itself, nor gather the grapes of the uncultivated vines. 12 For it is the Jubilee; it shall be holy to you; you shall eat its crops out of the field. 13 ‘In this Year of Jubilee each of you shall return to his own [ancestral] property.
Lev 25: 11-13

9 So there remains a [full and complete] Sabbath rest for the people of God. 10 For the one who has once entered His rest has also rested from [the weariness and pain of] his [human] labors, just as God rested from [those labors uniquely] His own. 11 Let us therefore make every effort to enter that rest [of God, to know and experience it for ourselves], so that no one will fall by following the same example of disobedience [as those who died in the wilderness].
Heb 4: 9-11

REST: Release, relinquish everything to God & simply trust Him

For the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel has said this, “In returning [to Me] and rest you shall be saved, In quietness and confident trust is your strength.” But you were not willing,
Isa 30:15

  • We can be renewed & restored even though the flesh loves activity. The Spirit of God loves quietness & tranquility.
               God us calling you to be. 
           Not to do.
