Chocolate Cookies with blueberry Jam(Original Photos and Recipe).

Friends, I really like chocolate biscuits and that's why I cook it very often. Today I want to show you how it is possible to cook chocolate biscuits in a slightly different form, that is, you can cook the same chocolate biscuits with fruit or berry stuffing.

I decided to use blueberry jam as a filling, it turned out incredibly tasty and original.

Your imagination will help you cook this chocolate cookie, every time with a new stuffing and it's just awesome is not it?

Ingredients:

Flour - 220 g

Cocoa - 80 g

Oil - 160 g

Sugar - 70 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Blueberry jam - 200 g

Preparation:

Flour with cocoa sift in a cup. Cut the butter into slices and add to the flour. Stir all hands until fine crumbs form. Then make in this mixture a small groove and add sugar and eggs. Knead the dough and send to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into the same small squares. Put a little blueberry jam in the center of each square and cover with a second layer of dough. Cut the edges of the dough with a fork. Put the biscuits in a baking dish oiled. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Chocolate biscuits are served with warm milk, this is an excellent combination of flavors!
