Today I want to show you a recipe for super chocolate muffins. To be honest, I especially like chocolate muffins, so I cook them very often.
If you like chocolate desserts, then this recipe is for you! The muffins look very beautiful and I wanted to give them brightness, so I decorated them with raspberries, at this time of the year a lot of raspberries grew in the garden.
For the recipe we need:
Ingredients:
Flour 300 g
Cocoa - 80 g
Baking Powder - 1 tsp.
Soda - 1/2 spoonful
Sugar - 210 g
Butter - 110 g
Yogurt - 250 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Cooking method:
Mix in a large bowl all dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and sugar. Soft butter mix with eggs and yogurt until smooth. Then combine the dry and wet ingredients together, a homogeneous mass should be obtained. In the muffin form, place the paper molds and place a large spoon over 3/4 of the dough into each mold. Bake muffins at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Ready muffins let them cool off and serve them to the table, as well as you can decorate the muffins with fresh berries, as I did. Raspberries go well with chocolate and it's a fact :).
