The Interview Showcase #25 - Exclusive Talk With A Greeter / Venezuelan Country Representative

Hi Fans,

It's The Interview Showcase!!!. with your one and only host ubongudofot...This is the 25th Edition of “The interview Showcase” happening live today 23rd November 2022.

A lifestyle program that comes with many educational values. A weekly interview of top users/users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth. It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steemit itself.

I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and I have a chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.

They also share some tips that are able to help other users to understand the blockchain and make use of it in the correct way. Sometimes they seek some valuable suggestions here which can help them solve some of their challenges.

For those of us who don't have any idea about the work of a greeter, let me tell you something. These guys work so hard to make sure that they verified a user. This means they need to detect a real user and the fake one. Sometimes they make mistakes too, after all, they are humans. But what more is involved in this role...? and how can users assist members of the New comer's community?

Join me as I have an exclusive discussion with one of the top Greeters in the blog who is so hardworking, she is also one of the Country representatives in Venezuela. And may I also mention that she can speak and write English very well. ..she was also surprised to hear me speak Spanish.

Guess who...? It's @inspiracion ..... in the house..!!

Despite late hours and distance, we talked as if we have met before ...

: Hello Inspiracion, it's nice to have you on my Interview Show case today all the way from venezuela, how will you describe yourself to other Users?

🔶Inspiracion: An inhabitant of the world, without borders, someone interested in meeting people with different ideas, beliefs, and cultures, someone who likes to share.

Ubongudofot
: How old are you in steemit ? And how will you describe steemit transition since you joined?

🔶Inspiracion: I have more than 4 and a half years in Steemit, and many changes have happened, some happy, others not so much, but I think that the changes that affected me the most as a user at the beginning were those where hard forks occurred, which limited the possibility of publishing and commenting. . I remember that there was even a service to rent SP, to be able to have mobility on the platform if you had less than 40 SP, there was not much you could do.

That began to educate us about the importance of Steem Power to function within the platform.

Before it was difficult to build SP, nowadays the growth of accounts, in general, is much faster, even those that seem smaller to us. I think there is also a more structured environment, we know that what is expected is the growth of the communities and that they become self-sustaining, and there is a lot of guidance and information for this.

I believe that evolution is taking place and that it is a matter of time before the expected objectives are achieved..

Ubongudofot
: What has been your biggest achievement on steemit?

🔶Inspiracion:I could say that every dolphin I have reached, but more than that, my greatest achievement I feel has been gaining the trust of people, which has a lot of value and meaning for me..

Ubongudofot
: What does it take to be a greeter and what are some of the challenges you faced as a greeter?

🔶Inspiracion: A greeter is someone who wants to help you have a good experience on the platform, and is someone who wants and can provide a guide when you don't know anything, or are just starting out. For this, you need to know how the system works.

The biggest challenges have been keeping the newcomer community free of people who are just looking for achievements and rewards. It is a gap that we try to close, for which we invite newcomers to join other communities and become present through interaction with others.

The biggest challenge is that the newcomers arrive and stay, and manage to consolidate, which is our wish. I believe that those who have a genuine desire to enter the platform, are the ones who prevail.

In the beginning, we treat everyone equally, no matter the language or the country, we welcome everyone.

Ubongudofot
: How can users help make your work go smoothly?

🔶Inspiracion: Here the answer is a keyword: Confidence. If the user trusts us, without a doubt the interaction will be fluid.

Ubongudofot
: Would you say steem Venezuela is doing well. And in what sense?

🔶Inspiracion: Yes, I can say that Steem Venezuela is fine, because we are a community that has been able to establish a transparent, honest work ethic, and always for the benefit of our users. I think that is our greatest strength.

We have a great work team that keeps all the activities running every day, we support each other, and the fact of being a team of several people allows the work to flow. So I could say that it is a solid community in many ways.

Ubongudofot
: How have you Contributed to steem's growth in your country?

🔶Inspiracion: Our country has a great presence in Steemit, and the way in which I think I have contributed the most is in the retention and conservation activity, in addition to guiding users in their doubts, not only in Steemit but through the different groups. that we run, whether on Discord or Telegram, a lot of our activity is not reflected but can be seen in the results.

We are not only present in Steem Venezuela, but we also have other Latin communities, and most of them are made up of Venezuelans, so I am just one more piece in this great gear that exists in Venezuela and even crosses our borders.

I don't feel like the main piece, I feel like a piece of the team, alone we couldn't do anything, we support each other as a team, and as I say: together we can go further.

Ubongudofot
: Before now, there were some great steemian musicians in your country, why are they missing all of a sudden, because I hardly see them...? Can you mention some of the remaining ones if any?

🔶Inspiracion: The reason why many steemians are not active is that they have engaged in activities in life offline.Of the current musical steemians I can mention great singers like @leicorp1, @lacharrakey, @simonisai15, @karianaporras, @crissanch, @adriancabrera, @pandora2010, @graceleon (ella está en Argentina pero es venezolana.)

Ubongudofot
: Steem Venezuela is much of a diary game activity, do you think other publications can be added to the community to attract more readers?

🔶Inspiracion: In Steem Venezuela there is a protocol of varied content, in which users can participate, which covers topics of literature, cooking, creative works, photography, sports, recreation, entertainment, and fintech. In addition to that, we frequently offer contests. Every day there are rewards, and booming support for the participants of these contents, however, users are free to publish what they prefer, the diary game being one of the most used tags.

Ubongudofot
: You seem to have been doing great in the platform, what advice will you tell other Users in your country to make such great progress?

🔶Inspiracion: Many times I have explained that before coming to steemit I was a blogger and I really enjoyed writing. Perhaps the key has been this, a genuine interest in writing and also interacting on the platform.Every user who writes constantly, tries to improve every day, interacts, and knows how the platform works, will eventually be successful, it's just a matter of progressing in the activities that are carried out, not settling for what we already do, but rather every day try to do better. Perhaps it is worth saying that you have to enjoy the process..

Ubongudofot
: If you were to visit Africa which country will you like to visit and how long will you want to stay?

🔶Inspiracion: Oh, I would love to visit Nigeria, maybe for a month, to meet the Steemians there, including you..

Ubongudofot
: As a married woman and a mother, how do you balance your daily activities while still carrying out your duties as Country Rep and Moderator in your country?

🔶Inspiracion: Oh, I am not currently married, although I am a mother. I balance the activities by trying to be an organized person, if I am orderly, I can use the time in the best way. This way I can do many things, and fulfill life's responsibilities on time, on and off the platform.

Ubongudofot
: I am running a solar Project In Nigeria sponsored by @pennsif, do you think you can support me by making some donations or setting beneficiaries to @smilenigeria account?

🔶Inspiracion: Of course, I can support you, friend, we can even carry out an initiative in which we encourage users to join this project.

Ubongudofot
: Have you voted for @pennsif.witness, do you think you can help other users from your Country to support @pennsif by voting his witness?

🔶Inspiracion: Of course, I supported him almost from day one, and yes, I want to continue supporting him with pleasure by encouraging users to vote for him as a witness. @pennsif is a user with a lot of experience and good ideas and projects to support, so I encourage everyone if you haven't already done so, to support him..

Ubongudofot
: which user or users will you like me to interview in my show and why?

🔶Inspiracion: @franyeligonzalez, She is a user who has been very persevering in Steemit, she is Venezuelan, and a resident of Colombia. And also a great content creator. She can give us advice on how to persevere and improve our standards.

Ubongudofot
: What do you like doing in your leisure?

🔶Inspiracion: I really like to have contact with nature, I like music and dancing. I also like reading and learning new things, meeting people and places.

Ubongudofot
: Which Venezuelan music was popular when you were a kid? And which is it now that you are an adult?

🔶Inspiracion: In my house, there was a sound device, I always listened to many ballads, and also merengue and salsa, dance music. Pop-rock was also very popular. Currently, in Venezuela, dance music is still very popular, what we know as merengue, salsa. In December the bagpipes are heard, which is a typical rhythm of our country. I really like almost all musical genres, I really enjoy listening to music.

Ubongudofot
: Have you heard any Nigerian song before?

🔶Inspiracion: I've googled it to listen, and it's a lively rhythm, it seems like the rhythm of Venezuelan drums... I'll show you a group that is from Venezuela called "urban drum"...

Ubongudofot
: The beatings and rhythm are almost like that of Nigerian and I am already dancing to it, join me if you can..😃, welcome to Nigerian's version. And this is just one out of the Hundreds traditional kinds of music we have.

Ubongudofot
: What can you say about the Interview Showcase, do you think it is interesting and should be continued?

🔶Inspiracion: I love this Program of yours, it's interesting and I will like it to continue on this platform.

Ubongudofot
: What message do you want to pass to the steemit team? Do you have any questions for them?

🔶Inspiracion: My message to the Steemit team is of gratitude for the trust and for the opportunities it gives us Steemians to participate in the growth of the platform. At this time, I don't feel like I have any questions.

Ubongudofot
