The following is the announcement of the winner for the 📢 Contest - Share your experience about fasting
It has been scientifically proven that fasting is beneficial for health. It is so beneficial that doctors now prescribe intermittent fasting as medicine for many types of patients. Through this contest, we asked participants to share with us their experiences of fasting, the challenges they faced, and the benefits they got.
