How do you build great relationships with everyone?
In person connections are so much more powerful than online relationships. You have so much more influence in person than you do online.
Build both types but remember that you will have more strength in person with people.
Ask questions, talk about people and give them more importance than yourself. Everyone wants to talk about themselves and what they are doing.

Be Detail Specific!
Be very specific with details! This will create a visual and story atmosphere. People connect to feelings and emotions. This is what people connect with. The more emotions the more they can connect with you. Just make sure they are great emotions! When you make it a positive feeling, this is how people will feel next time they see you. People do not connect with data or knowledge! What you say is almost irrelevant. (To understand this point)
Talk about your insecurities and be vulnerable! When you do this, people take this as a sign of trust. People connect with humanness, your mistakes and imperfections. When they see that, they know they can be themselves with you also. If you look perfect, that is a sign of what you could be hiding...
Your tone of voice will make a huge difference as well. This again will emphasize what you are saying and increasing the feeling the person is connecting with. If it is a good feeling, that will be heighten and they will connect more to you.
Owning it & Confidence!
Owning it and complete confidence is what everyone wants or appreciates. This is a leader quality and there always has to be a leader to steer the conversation or situations in life. It keeps things running smooth and that feels great to everyone! It is a sign that you know what you are saying and then they believe they should listen to you and trust you.
Open people up, break their guard down. Never assume what you think they want to hear or if they want to be approach or not. This is almost never the case; it is just what your mindset has been programmed to. When you approach everyone always, you will see how what you thought it would of been, it is never the case!
