For the last few days Steem and SBD are on a high rise. As I type this post into my draft notepad Steem is at about 7 USD and SBD at 10 USD. As far as I can recollect it has never been this high in the last 6 months after I have been on Steemit. Seeing the values at such high values causes me to be pretty thrilled at having been on Steemit for so long albeit a bit irregularly.

So what should you do when the values are so high?

First and foremost be thankful to Steemit and all those behind it for having created a monster that keep moving forward and keeps increasing your earnings and investment. Far too many people find more negatives than good things on the site. After all the site is still in beta and has a long way to go with so many major improvements on the anvil.

You may be suddenly be wondering what to do with so much SBD since it has a surprise boosted price hovering around 10 USD. The best thing to do is to convert it into Steem, that is if you don't need it urgently for any expenses that you can't put off anymore. Steem is the crypto currency to watch and many say that it will be soaring up in value through the year and beyond.

The reason is not difficult to guess. Steemit has gained popularity across the world as a place where you can blog and get paid for it. Instead of using Facebook you can do the same thing here and get paid for your comments as well. Any site that rewards people is bound to be popular online.
