Steemit is My Place - Day 71 - Daily Haiku

Heirloom Hydrangea in full bloom

Steemit is my place
the venue I have chosen
to make myself heard.

Like so many of us, I came to Steemit partly in disgust at how my personal information was being gathered and used against me by social media sites such as Facebook.

I particularly liked the idea that Steemit does not datamine its members. And, naturally, I was intrigued with the idea that it could become a stream of income, at the same time.

After a bit over four months, I am still a minnow, still a newbie in many ways, but the one thing I learned and have implemented, thanks in part to advice from @valorforfreedom, and the 30 Day Haiku Challenge begun by @brokemancode, is to post every day, without fail.

I usually post twice, sometimes as many as four times, but always at least once, and today is my 71st daily haiku post, which is a continuation of the original 30 Day Haiku Challenge.

If you enjoyed this post, please Upvote and Resteem it to share with others!
And I would love to hear your take in the comments.

Dr. Al Sears, well known anti-aging doctor, with his first-class
line of supplements that actually work:

Melaleuca, a company that has been making natural, eco-friendly
products since the 1980s, that not only work as well as
chemically laden versions from the supermarket,
but are safer, and typically save money overall in addition.

I was introduced to them by a co-worker in 1990, lost track
of them, and was thrilled to find them again about a year
and a half ago. I strongly recommend their products.

Prime My Body offers a nanoenhanced hemp-based CBD oil
that is legal in all 50 United States, and clinically proven to be
absorbed 3X better than the leading pharmaceutical brand.
I have used it on myself and my animals with excellent results.

All words and photographs are my own.

This photo is of an heirloom Tennessee hydrangea in full bloom, given to me a few years ago by my neighbor across the street, whose wife originally got it from her grandmother, when they were first married. It has been naturalized in this part of Middle Tennessee for nearly a hundred years, if not longer.
