I saw the post about a contest by @svemirac about an #uglycookie contest. I thought long and hard about what is an "ugly cookie" to me. I don't think I have ever seen or eaten an ugly cookie.
My husband and I were picking up some freezer bags at our local dollar store and I saw these alphabet cookies. I am not a big fan of food products at the dollar store but I do buy some occassionally..mostly candies and I have bought a few cheap spices.
My first reaction when I saw these cookies was, "Oh, they don't look good and they don't look like cookies". Then I had that "lightbulb" moment that I had to use these for my #uglycookie contest entry. More important, I had to taste these "ugly cookies". I can be a little crazy at times but the package did state, "Made in a Nut Free Facility" so I felt good that the cookies were not made by crazy people like me. (LOL!)
I debated on how to display the cookies so I went with the obvious. LOL!
If you look closely I had to use an "H" to form my "4".
BTW, my printout was a little off center but then again, I am as well.
Believe it or not, the box only had two "T"s...yea! Lots of "Z"s and "G"s which I didn't
need. So, I formed a scrabble board.
Some of the cookies were stuck together. I thought the "U" and "V" was cute to form
UPVOTE! LOL!
The cookies were not bad tasting. They were like a vanilla shortbread cookie but a little harder in texture.

Ugly doesn’t mean disgusting
Winner must eat at least half of the cookie and provide a proof!
