The Creative Writing Challenge: Task #2 Diary Day 1

More than the half of the participants has submitted their posts for the first task and we are now living the Task #2 times till Monday night. Saturday and Sunday for me are out of time - we all have families, obligations, relatives, holidays, trips and friends that matter to us and I can't just ask you to sacrifice something from the real world. Yes, it's a Challenge, but why shouldn't we continue being serious about it from Monday again.

Try to complete the second task and prepare for something pretty unusual on Monday night when you are revealed the next serious mission - it will make your creative muscles sweat and you wouldn't want to stop thinking about it, polishing and reviewing it.

If you'd like to have a look at the entries for the task one, take a look at The Creative Writing Challenge - Day 1 Diary.

I'll use this post for keeping track of the posts for Task #2.

Task #2 posts as of 3 p.m. EST:

Now let's quickly pay attention to few technical and organization aspects of the challenge.

Sponsors wanted

Support the reward of the challengers who'll share the price pool (currently 10 SBD). As we've previously said a money reward isn't what most of you are aiming at here, but still I assume it as a valuable asset of the challenge.

Deadline to submit your Task #2 posts

Monday by Midnight. Deadline is extended, because we don't count Saturday and Sunday in the realm of the challenge.

What to do now?

To keep the conversation going, I would ask you to share a story that has recently inspired you and has changed your mood, thoughts or plans for the future.

My favorite story from the beginning of August is 'Tomoko Closed Eyes' by Ivo Ivanov, currently available in Bulgarian only. It's a beautiful amalgam of basketball and music. Ivo Ivanov has compared the games of San Antonio Spurs with Gustav Mahler's Symphony Number 3.

So, please do not hesitate and let me know what was your recent source of inspiration.

Enjoy your Saturday,
@steemfluencer
