Tortilla wraps for lunch

DSC_01.JPG

One of favorite ways of using left overs from dinner, is to use tortilla and wrap whatever I have. I avoid throwing any food away as much as possible. Instead I try to use it in salads, omelettes and sandwiches. Doing that is a great way to experiment and come up with new recipies.

With left overs from the last couple of days. I made this combination. Turned out to be very tasty.

For 2 persons

Ingredients:
4 tortillas
200 g. of sliced chicken
1 pepper – 1/2 green and 1/2 red
100 g. chorizo sausage
1 avocado
100 g. mixed lettuce

dressing:
100 ml. youghurt natural
1-2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of parsley / coriander chopped

Instructions:
Slice the meat. Chop the pepper. Slice the avocado and the sausage.
Fry the slices of sausages a few minutes
Mix everything as a salad
Spread the dressing on to each tortilla
Put the salat inside and wrap it up

Now you have a great, tasty lunch
