Apple Pie (Original Photos and Recipe).

Friends, today I want to show you a wonderful apple pie recipe. The pie for this recipe is very lush and high. The dough at the pie resembles a gentle biscuit in addition to a soft and fragrant filling of apples.

In addition to the dough, I added lemon zest. It turns out a very interesting combination of dough and apples with a lemon flavor.

Recipe

Dough:

280 g of soft butter

Lemon peel

2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

210 g of sugar

3 eggs

a pinch of salt

270 g flour

1/4 teaspoons of baking powder

Filling:

0.5 kg of apples

50 g of powdered sugar

2 tsp. Cinnamon

Lemon juice

Preparation:

Mix the butter, sugar and lemon zest. Then add baking powder, vanilla sugar, eggs and flour. Mix everything well. The dough should be homogeneous. Put the dough into a baking dish, oiled. Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Pour the apples with lemon juice and put them on the dough, just pressing the apples into the dough. Sprinkle the pie with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Put the pie to a plate and let it cool down for a while.

I tried many different recipes for apple pie, but this seemed to me the most delicious. I hope you will like it too :)
