It's this time of the year again when the spring flowers are starting to bloom. Even though I have something blooming on my balcony all year round, those pop only now and only for a short time.

Last year I got a mixed bulbs to plant: Anemones, tulips, hyacinths and those tiny crocuses. All in the dark blue and purple colours. I think I managed to kill the Tulips, anemones are doing fantastic, but hyacinths and crocuses are a lot smaller than last year. I think being in a pot during the hot summer is not good for them.
Oh well. I will enjoy them as long as they want to grow.

Gotta love those dark, shiny petals and bright orange center.
