[FICTION CONTEST] Christmas Day in 2050 - Announcement of Winners

Wow, that was tough a bit of judging.

Twenty one entries in this second #futurechronicles writing contest - this time focused on Christmas Day 2050.

Such a wide range of views and outlooks of what the future holds for us - from technological heaven to dark and downbeat dystopia.

I encourage everyone to take a read of all the entries if you haven't already.

Thank you to all the people who took the time to enter the contest :

@arbitrarykitten, @brianlewis, @btcnoodle, @caleblailmusik, @citizenzero, @deanlogic, @ecoinstant, @elew, @fastindemand, @felt.buzz, @firedream, @fishyculture, @johnwjr7, @juliensorel, @macodi1, @neiraurdaneta, @poeticsnake, @simgirl, @snook, @timmo3663, @tiredmama

There were so many high quality entries I had to read them four times before reaching my final decision on the winners.

Because of the high number of really great entries as well as the originally stated four SBD prizes I am also going to award three Honorable Mention prizes of a $1 upvote.

Here then is the list of winning entries :

My congratulations to all the winners.

I will be sending the SBD prizes, and the upvotes, tonight or tomorrow.

I am happy to discuss the entries further with any of the contestants. Just catch me on Discord.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter. Let me know if you would like me to run another similar contest. If there is enough interest maybe we could do One Day in 2060...
