Brownie with Coffee and Nuts(Original Photos and Recipe).

Friends, if you love brownies, then you will like my recipe today. I love chocolate desserts and brownies play an important role in them.

I slightly changed the traditional recipe for brownies and added coffee and nuts to it. The taste of brownies became more saturated and fragrant.

I like it when it's thin. In addition, brownies can be cut into small pieces that you just like and put them in hermetically sealed dishes and thus the brownies can be stored for a long time.

Brownie combines incredible chocolate and coffee flavors intertwined in one bright taste.

Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate - 250 g
  • Butter - 150 g
  • Eggs - 3 pieces.
  • Brown sugar - 250 g
  • Flour - 175 g
  • Baking powder - 5 7
  • Nuts - 100 g
  • Coffee - 30 ml

Preparation:

In a deep cup, mix the eggs and brown sugar. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in the saucepan. Carefully watch that the mass is not burnt, when everything turns into a liquid mass, remove the sauté pan from the fire. Then add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix everything. Add freshly brewed coffee (also you can use instant coffee).

In a separate cup sift flour with baking powder. The resulting mixture is added to the chocolate mixture and mixed until homogeneous. Then add the crushed nuts into the dough. Put the dough in a form covered with parchment paper. Bake brownies at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until cooked.

Inside the brownies it's very delicate. In the brownies section, a moist texture is hidden and this is unbelievable. Lovers of chocolate will be delighted with the taste of brownies.

Brownies instantly melts in his mouth turning into a chocolate-nut mixture.

You will be pleased with the preparation of this delightful brownie. So immediately try to cook brownies at home. Good luck in the kitchen! :)

Bon Appetit!
