Donuts with Caramel(Original Photos and Recipe).

Friends, today I want to show you a recipe of delicious donuts with a karemel filling. Donuts with caramel are so airy and beautiful that it is impossible not to eat everything at once.

For the recipe we need:

Ingredients:

Water 30 g

Yeast - 7 g

Milk - 175 g

Sugar - 60 g

Butter - 40 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Flour - 340 g

Caramel

Cooking method:

The yeast is dissolved in water and leave for five minutes. During this time, the mass should slightly cover with bubbles. In a cup, combine sugar, egg and butter. Pour the yeast into the resulting mass. Then add the flour and knead the dough. You should get a homogenous dough. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and put the dough on it and remember it well with your hands. Then put the dough into a cup and cover with a towel and let the dough go up well. Cut out the round billets using a mold, put caramel on them and wrap them with a donut. Bake donuts at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 -40 minutes until golden brown.

Donuts are perfectly combined with coffee, milk and tea. Enjoy!
