Roasted eel 烤鳗鱼

Here is my entry for the foodphotography by @juliank.This photo is about the roasted Eel in the Japanese restauran that I eat in Edomae. Eel is one of my favorite fish, I like it because it has more meat , less spines and delicious taste. No matter how you cook it , it is very tasty . In many parts of the world and China, it has regarded as nourishing and beauty since ancient times. .

The eel is rich in nutrition. It is called the soft gold in the water. It has the reputation of "Panax in water". they have regarded as one of the most commen dishes .

在鱼类中,鳗鱼是我最喜欢的鱼类之一了,喜欢它是因为它肉多,少刺,味道鲜美。煎炒炖烤都非常的美味。而且鳗鱼营养丰富,被称作是水中的软黄金,有“水中人参”之美誉。在中国以及世界很多地方,从古到今均被视为滋补、美容的佳品。日料中鳗鱼也是最常见的菜品之一。

这是我在江户前吃的烤鳗鱼,肉质鲜嫩,有着鳗鱼的特有的香味,香软是我的语言所不能表达的。烤好的鳗鱼放到米饭上,不多吃几碗都觉得奇怪呢。
