Why Do You Have Stress?


Stress is self created by us. It is not because of the circumstances you are dealing with because we can choose to be stressed, just as we can choose to be happy or sad.

Many do not believe this to be true but we control our thoughts, emotions, and essentially what happens within ourselves.

Reoccurring Thoughts


Majority of our "stress" is from our consent thoughts of what could of been, where we want to be, and how something is the world did not go the way you would of liked it to.

Replaying the same old thoughts over and over again. We have too much noise in our heads! Then this triggers our emotions and that can cause us to act out in ways that our not beneficial towards us.

This is also detrimental to our progression, growth, and education. We are not learning anything new by doing this and not figuring out the solutions to our challenges we are currently dealing with. This is how so many get stuck in the same old patterns and have the same life outcomes forever.

Train Your Mind Through Meditation


Meditation will help you control your thoughts by consistent practice. You are removing yourself from your thoughts, your body, and all the physical things in the world we live in.

The more you meditate and begin to hold a quite mind, this will start to apply in your daily life. You will control your thoughts from buzzing into your mind 24/7 and then this will help your control all your emotions, especially negative ones. You will notice how they do no good for you.

You will now choose more what you exactly you want to think about without the world influencing you so easily. If you choose to have any at in in the moment. On that note, you will become so much more present, in the moment! This is where true happiness is found. You will create a zen like state within yourself.

This Will Explode Performance and Well Being!!


When you start to become in control of yourself, you will now be able to stick things out more. Stay on the path you choose to complete, instead of outside influence, your thoughts or emotions changing your course of action and essentially dedicating your life. This is why most people fail at what they do and give up very easily.

Now you can set a plan and complete it much faster as you stick to it. You will stay in the present moment, which will give you way better focus, attention, understanding, awareness, and of course happiness. We only perform our best and make good decisions in a state of happiness. In a negative unhappy state, we will be distress and make wrong decisions, as mentioned above, due to thoughts, emotions, and outside influence triggering us.
