Delicate Muffins(Original Photos and Recipe).

Friends, today I want to show you a recipe for very delicate and tasty maffins. The whole secret of cooking is contained in the ingredients. The most important ingredient is the melted milk added to the dough, it gives the muffins special tenderness and pleasant taste.

In the context of muffins, you can see a loose texture of the dough with a pleasant milky color.

For the recipe we need:

Ingredients:

Flour - 100 g

Sugar - 150 g

Melted milk - 1/2 cup

Butter - 75 g

Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Preparation:

1. Mix eggs with sugar and add soft butter.

2. Add a part of the flour with the baking powder and mix everything.

3. Pour the melted milk and add the second part of the flour and mix again.

4. Put two tablespoons of dough into muffin molds.

5. Bake muffins at a temperature of 175 degrees 20-25 minutes.

Muffins cool and enjoy with coffee.
