Clean and wash all the vegetables! Cut them all in batonnet as you can see in the below photo! Do not cut too finely or else they will not be crunchy after cooking!

Using a Chinese Wok will give better results when stir frying, but if you do not have it in hand you can use any cooking pot you have!
Heat the cooking pot and add the vegetable oil and ginger-garlic paste! Let it cook for 10 seconds!

Add all the vegetables except the spring garlic which we will add in the end!

Slightly season the vegetables with the soy sauce! Stir fry it well for 30 seconds! They must still be well crunchy!

Make some place for the noodle and add the caramel and remaining soy sauce! Stir fry all together by mixing the noodles well with the vegetables for 1 minute!

Lastly sprinkle the spring garlic and season with pepper! No salt is added as the saltiness is in the soy sauce!

Transfer the stir fried noodles to your serving plate and serve as soon as possible! You can enjoy it with some hot chili sauce and for the meat lovers; you can add any meat you wish!
