It's The Interview Showcase!!!. with your host ubongudofot...This is the 33rd Edition of “The interview Showcase...." and my third show for 2023!

A lifestyle program that comes with many educational values. A weekly interview of top users/users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth.

It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steemit itself.

I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and have a chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.

They also share some tips that are able to help other users to understand the blockchain and make use of it in the correct way. Sometimes they seek some valuable suggestions here which can help them solve some of their challenges.

This week, I pick interest in the @bangla.witness team and I decided to feature one of their Members who have the role of Promoting the witness and also a core Promoter of TRON.@kingporos is a lover of sport, but despite his interest and curiosity on how the just ended world cup will be..., It didn't spike any interest in me in regards to the sport...

: Hello kingporos, For those who missed your "Introductory" post, what can you tell us about yourself in one sentence?

🔶Kingporos: My name is Nirmalya aka kingporos. I am a moderator of Amar Bangla Blog and also an assistant professor at ABB School Who loves and endorses blogging.

: Why did you choose kingporos?

🔶Kingporos: King Poros is a famous Indian king. Because I am a history nerd I have chosen his name as my ID. Unknown fact about King Poros was that, he was the only king who defeated Alexander..

: You are one of the board members of Bangla.witness Promotion and Communication user.....to be precise; can you tell me more about your role in this team?

🔶Kingporos: As you have mentioned, I am a @bangla.witness promoter and communicator. That is exactly what I do. I promote @bangla.witness and our vision. Please vote for us.

: What is the scope of this new witness?

🔶Kingporos: Our founder RME wants a better and strong Steemit platform. A platform free of scammers and spammers. And our witness are working on his vision. You can read it in our bangla.witness announcement.

: I checked your witness team and the list, it seems to be much of users with different roles, is this how all witness teams are?

🔶Kingporos: With the great leadership of RME dada our @bangla.witness team is excellent. We have great bonding with each other on a personal and professional level. We work as a team for the betterment of the Steemit platform.

: It's very rare for a new witness to climb up like your witness does, do you think there are factors contributing to this?

🔶Kingporos: Our founder RME dada's vision and executions of any project on the Steemit platform have always been practical and efficient. This time also not an exception. We are working as a team under his leadership to make our witness a success.

:What does it involve to be a witness?

🔶Kingporos: Determination, consistency, and TEAM WORK.

: whose idea was it to start this project?

🔶Kingporos: It was the longing desire of our founder RME dada to create a witness that represents 300 million Bengalis. And connect them to the blockchain, work on developing their skills, guide them properly and ensure their precise position on the Steemit platform.

: How does your normal day look like?

🔶Kingporos: I am self-employed. I spent like 8 to 9 hours on law and accounting-related work and the rest of the time I spent on Amar Bangla Blog.

: Apart from the witness account, how do you intend to assist other Users?

🔶Kingporos: Our community functions differently than other communities I believe. With the help of our founder @rme dada, Amar Bangla Blogs started the ABB School program. The main goal of ABB School is to teach new bloggers about everything about STEEMIT. We have a 5-level curriculum system. The curriculum consists of everything to become a good blogger on steemit.

• (1) Level 1 is all about the basics of STEEMIT, that is the difference between Steemit and other social media platforms, the basics of blockchain technology, how to create a post on steemit, how to use a tag, and most importantly how to avoid spamming, copyright infringement and plagiarism.

• (2) Level 2 is the security part of Steemit. At this level, we taught our new bloggers about the importance of different types of keys and how to use them. Also the importance of Power Up. Lastly the basics of wallet safety.

• (3) In level 3 we have a curriculum for the basic markdowns and the curation system of steemit. At this level, new bloggers learn about how to increase the quality of posts using markdown.

• (4) Level 4 is all about wallet and wallet transactions. At this level, we taught our bloggers how to use the internal market and also how to use an external market.

Level 1-4 we took classes via discord voice and video learning. After theoretical classes at every level new bloggers need to pass viva and then a written exam.

Finally the level 5, new bloggers need to pass a viva. This level consists of everything from levels 1 to 4. After clearing this bloggers are ABB Verified and will get a verified tag.

After launching ABB School more than 200+ new bloggers have attended our classes and 100+ bloggers graduated from our curriculums. Now they are VERIFIED members of Amar Bangla Blog.

: Looking at your blog.., you seem to post a lot of food-related content.., do you owned a restaurant?🤔

🔶Kingporos: No. I am just very passionate about cooking.

: What is your favorite thing about steemit?

🔶Kingporos: There's is an opportunity for everyone to grow. Decentralization and community bonding.

:Whose blog do you enjoy reading?

🔶Kingporos: I love to read RME dada's blog, especially his poems which I often recite. Also, I love to read in my own native language Bengali and because of RME dada's initiative, we have a thriving community, which encourages bloggers to blog in Bengali.

: How have you contributed to the growth of your country India?

🔶Kingporos: I help people with their legal matters which I believe helps society in a positive manner.

: Do you like music and what kind of music?

🔶Kingporos: Yes I like to listen to music. Specially Indian classical both Hindustani and Carnatic.

: I noticed @hungry-griffin who is part of your community support has also supported your witness and three other witnesses, do you think it will be an ideal for him to support @pennsif.witness which is owned by @pennsif and maybe another witness as part of his support to community development?

🔶Kingporos: Only if pennsif works with us against abusers on the Steemit platform.

: Maybe you can be more clear on what you want him to do, I am not sure he supports abusers.

: As a family man, how do you balance your activities in real life and here in the blog?

🔶Kingporos: Amar Bangla Blog is my family.
