It's nice to cook delicious and simple pastries. You can choose any fruit and berries, and each time get a new cake with new flavors and it's just fantastic!
As many probably know, I like to make fast and simple pastries and of course very tasty. Today I also want to show a very simple recipe for galette with apricots.

INGREDIENTS:
Butter - 180 g
Flour 250 gr
Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Cold water - 50-100 g
Apricots - 6-7 pieces.
Yolk - 1 pc.
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt. Then cut the butter into cubes and put into the flour. All mixed well with your hands, when a little crumb is formed add cold water and knead the dough. Remove the dough for an hour in the refrigerator. At this time, wash the apricots and cut them in half, removing the bones. Roll the cold dough on the board with sprinkled flour in a thin layer and lay out carefully the apricots. Protect the edges of the dough and oil it with yolk. To apricots, put pieces of butter and sprinkle everything with powdered sugar. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
The galette sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve to the table. It goes well with tea and coffee.
The galette is a crispy treat with a very juicy and aromatic filling.
