Cheesecake with Strawberry Jam(FoodPhotos and Recipe).

Among the various desserts you can not miss such a dessert as cheesecake. By the way, there is something similar in every culinary culture.

Today I want to make the most creamy cheesecake. As a result, you will get an incredible and delicate taste of cheesecake.

For a more intense taste, I added strawberry jam to the filling and the taste was especially bright.


Ingredients:

  • Cookies - 200 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Curd cheese - 700 g
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Starch - 15 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Yolks - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 0, 5 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • Zedra - 1/2 lemon
  • Cream - 100 ml

Preparation

  • Grind the cookies in a blender and mix with the melted butter and lay the cookie base in a baking dish.
  • Then prepare the lemon juice and zest.
  • Combine the curd cheese with sugar, starch, salt and lemon zest.
  • Then add the eggs and yolks to the cottage cheese mixture.
  • Stir well and add cream.
  • Pour half of the curd mixture and add the strawberry jam.
  • Then lay out the rest of the dough.
  • Bake the cheesecake at a temperature of 180 degrees 60-80 minutes.

Cheesecake is obtained very gentle and homogeneous with a touch of strawberry taste. You can safely experiment with flavors and add any berries and jams to the curd mixture and each time get absolutely different tastes.
