M.M.M. # 29: Sliver's Edge Of Ledd's Silver Lining

This is inspired by @jedau from his 1st-person narrative, fantastical, action-packed, imagination-pleasing, yet reality grounded masterpiece novel "A Day In The Clouds" based on the life of his 7 year old nephew Zepp, named "Ledd" (younger by a couple of years) in the novel, who is disabled and misunderstood by many. @jedau also gives an overview with his "Silver Lining" series describing and explaining the many wonderful aspects of his novel Chapter by Chapter.

The picture above looks like a shimmering line of silver, a sliver of silver amongst the naturalistic water scenery, and if indeed it is a bottled glass container of seaweed and such, then it reminds me of the message in a bottle travailing the seas on a journey, and "A Day In The Clouds" is indeed a Journey like no other! So last M.M.M. #28 and Collaborative Art Journey, I had the honor of gracing and presenting a beat I had made inspired by my friend @dreemit, and since she is sweetly responsible for introducing me to my new friend/brother @jedau, and since my good friend @everlove's title was "Sliver's Edge", it was a catalyst opportunity to do a back to back honoring of great Steemit authors who give us their passion, and ingenious creativity.

Explaining the beat: @jedau and his dedicated readers will pick up on everything I speak about and reference. The intro displays the childhood factor with Ledd's armas de viento (wind manipulation) present and thriving, yet it dissipates in the wake of a new journey to escape, hence the build up of the energetic acoustics using some Rock, hence the Led Zeppelin and Pearl Jam connection and also a symbolic representation of Ledd's active rebellion from his perspective of his own circumstances.

Yet, the peak of the Rock music cuts short, which then leads into a sad sombre melancholy because of Ledd's failed attempts of escaping and finding his true purpose and identity amongst all the confusion and deception. The sadness , shown by the dragging repetitive crying violin, also expresses the reality of his parents deeply caring for him, which was especially evident when Ledd's escape was successful once, but at an emotional cost to his parents and siblings. The Rock section returns one more time to show Ledd's persistence and resilient will, symbolized by the climatic building of the guitars once more in a more dramatic crescendo

The song lacks proper percussion because Ledd's footing is always being swept from beneath him at every turn each time he gets a grip on life and this song is meant to be listened to while the readers enjoy each new Chapter, as well as an inspiring instrumental to accompany @jedau's writing process as he continues to map out some exciting and amazing material to share with us on Ledd's new adventures. At the very end with the resounding piano and acoustic picking, the sadness transitions into a glimmer of hope as the powerfully ancient armas de viento returns to Ledd's control once more preparing and strengthening him for the battle of his life...

You simply must read the novel in order to catch everything. Spend a day in the clouds and find the silver lining while avoiding the sliver's edge. It is amazing and this lengthy breakdown aims to show that there is a reason for everything I do with every music composition.
