USD values are calculated per day via API feeds from Cryptocompare (for STEEM and SBD values in BTC) and Coindesk (for USD value of BTC). For the top 50 reports in USD terms, I take the average USD value for STEEM and SBD for the week using the daily closing price which came out to:

Commentary
This report is coming a day or two late as I was camping this weekend, and my computer got wet. I put it in a bag of rice for a bit and it seems to be working well now. I have a new on on its way. :)
The withdrawal to deposit ratio is about equal with last week.
As I've mentioned before, the @alpha account (owned by @blocktrades, as far as I know) is a tricky one to make sense of since it integrates directly with accounts like steemit2, buildawhale, appreciator, and others. It appears to be providing liquidity but isn't exactly an exchange account.
There is 13.14% less Steem Power powering down this coming week compared to lass week.
