Recipe and FoodPhotos: Berry Clafuti

Good morning friends! Today I want to show you the recipe for a wonderful and very delicate berry pie - klafuti. You can use any fresh or frozen berries and often use this recipe. I only used frozen berries.

Berries excrete all their juices, so the pie turns a little wet in the middle, which certainly only improves its taste and gives an incredible flavor.

Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Any berries - 300 g
  • Sour cream - 100 g
  • Sugar - 80 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Baking Powder - 10 g
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Vanilla - 10 g
  • Butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon

PREPARATION:

  • Whisk the eggs in a lush mass. Add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Thoroughly mix everything. Sift flour into the mixture and add baking powder. As a result, a uniform, moderately dense mass of dough should be obtained. 
  • For the baking dish, grease with butter and pour the dough into the mold. Top the berries with a little pressing them into the dough and sprinkle everything with sugar. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.

You can decorate the pie with sugar powder and fresh mint leaves.

Berry Klafuti is a light pie that combines fragrant berries and tender dough.
