Apple Strudel(FoodPhotos and Recipe).

Sometimes on weekends I want to cook incredibly delicious pastries to invite friends to visit and enjoy a great tea and pleasant conversations for a delicious pastry.

This time I wanted to make a very tasty and delicious apple strudel with a tender dough and a lot of stuffing.

Strudel is a popular dessert with a thin dough and a fragrant filling of apples and cinnamon.

For the test:

  • Flour 250 gr
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - pinch

Filling:

  • Apples - 5 pcs.
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Raisins - 50 g
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Cinnamon - 2 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Sift the flour on a wooden board and make a groove in it.
  2. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil and warm water. Add the egg, a pinch of salt and mix the dough.
  3. Cut apples into thin slices and add to them raisins, dried fruits, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Roll the dough into a thin layer and grease it with butter. Put the filling on the dough. Wrap the dough in a large roll.
  5. Lubricate the strudel with a yolk and lay it in a greased and sprinkled with flour.
  6. Bake the strudel at a temperature of 180 degrees 30-40 minutes.

Strudel is an excellent kind of pie with a thin dough and aromatic filling about the taste of which it is impossible to forget.

If you want to approach the preparation of strudel more creatively add to the filling raisins, nuts and dried fruits.
