Ingredients:
- Puff pastry - 1 sheet
- Sour cream 200 g
- Sugar - 0,5 cups
- Any berries - 200 g
- Vanillin - 10 g
Preparation:
- Puff pastry on a board, sprinkled with flour and cut into the same squares. Leave the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay on it puffed squares. Each square is sprinkled with sugar and put in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Finished flaky squares are removed from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. While they are cooling off, prepare the cream. Whisk the sour cream with sugar and add vanillin to it. Wash the berries and leave them to dry. Take a large plate and lay on it some of the ply squares, then some of the berries and pour all the cream. Repeat this several times until you completely collect the cake.
