Good morning friends! Chocolate cookies are an excellent dessert and a way to have a snack. Today I want to change the usual recipe for chocolate chip cookies and make it with berry stuffing.
I used blueberry jam as a filling and it seems to me it goes well with the taste of chocolate.
Thanks to the filling, the cookies are juicy and very delicate, intertwining the notes of chocolate and berries.
Ingredients:
Flour - 220 g
Cocoa - 80 g
Oil - 160 g
Sugar - 70 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Blueberry jam - 200 g
Preparation:
Mix flour with cocoa in a cup. Cut the butter into slices and add to the flour. Mix everything until fine crumbs form. Then make in this mixture a small groove and add sugar and eggs. Knead the dough and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into equal squares of small size. Put a little blueberry jam in the center of each square and cover with a second layer of dough. Cut the edges of the dough with a fork. Put the cookies in a baking dish oiled. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Chocolate cookies get beautiful and delicious and you can immediately enjoy its taste!
The cookies turn out to be crispy and very tasty. The dough is perfectly combined with blueberry jam. Two of these flavors complement each other and are suitable for a cup of tea or coffee.
